HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Your order is shipped in 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 5 to 10 working days anywhere in the world.

What if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I made a mistake, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%. Here's why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, concerning the payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or payment on receipt.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
